I wonder if the issue is evident in both the JPEGs and the RAW files or just one type. Does it mean they cannot solve it and by not communicating think the issue will go away? I am surprised at their lack of communication with you over it as this is one area on which they make great play. That said, I am far from an expert.Р”Р‡or the On1 team to acknowledge the issue means that it must exist t o some degree and that they are aware it. I am not seeing any issue either with my JPEGs or my RAWs. I have just moved from On to 2019 and from a XT20 to XT3. Hi, I would be interested in the outcome of this. I haven't bothered to try the 2019 version as they have not come back to me (as I requested) to say they have fixed the problem. The only comment that I can make that might be of help to you is that with the 2018.5 version I found that if I de-activated/disabled the Lens Corrections abilities the problem was almost invisible even when adding sharpening. That is the last I heard from their Support crowd on the 6th of September last year. (Or at least that's what they told me they were doing.) and they ultimately accepted that there was a problem and passed the problem further along their support chain.

I put in a support request and supplied example RAW files and screenshots etc. I didn't try anyone else X-Trans RAW files from any other camera. My old Canon 5d II RAW files did not show the problem. The problem only seemed to be there when using X-Trans RAW files from my X-T1. I had the same problem with ON1 Photo RAW 2018.5, which I tried last year.
